Jeremiah  has opened more than four-dozen new restaurants, bars, coffee houses, markets, retail, QSR and fast casual concepts.

Jeremiah Higgins is a top-performing visionary with 27 years of restaurant industry  achievement in analyzing business drivers, designing operational systems, building staff, and developing cost-cutting and profit building initiatives to grow bottom lines.

Jeremiah specializes in strategic planning, marketing, brand development and P&L management. This experience and success gives Jeremiah the necessary skills to direct the operations for a wide range of establishments, with a primary emphasis on streamlining operations and implementing cost-saving alternatives.

Jeremiah  has opened more than four-dozen new restaurants, bars, coffee houses, markets, retail, QSR and fast casual concepts.

He is a contributor to such hospitality publications as American Express, Great Eats, Eat Beat, Restaurant & Hospitality Magazine, Sante, QSR WEB and Food Service Equipment & Supplies.

Jeremiah operated the multi-unit company Enterprise Fish Company and Hurry Curry of Tokyo Restaurants. He re-concepted, re-branded, opened and launched the Market & Cafe at Santa Monica Seafood’s new new flagship store on Wilshire Boulevard. He also restructured the operating procedures at Santa Monica Seafood’s Costa Mesa Store, as well as its Commissary Kitchen, which served The Playboy Mansion and 500 other well-known restaurants from LA to Vegas. Under Jeremiah’s guidance, profits and revenues increased at all three Santa Monica Seafood locations.

He was hired to implement controls and procedures for the Santa Barbara restaurant and bar company Tonic, LLC , six of the seven proposed concepts of which Jeremiah developed and opened for them. Also in Santa Barbara, he opened the 1930’s style martini bar Marquee, at the famous Granada Theatre, while implementing operations controls for Blush, Marquee, Tonic, On the Side, The Savoy and Indochine. He created the concept Arch Rock Fish, which the managing group sold in 2013.

He opened Airr Supper Club in San Diego, and Fleetwood’s on Front Street in Lahaina on Maui, as a partner with legendary rock drummer Mick Fleetwood of Fleetwood Mac. He has worked on countless projects since then, including six Espresso Roma stores in Berkeley, the historic Timbers in Goleta, Rooney’s Irish Pub in Orcutt California, Azure Grill in Redondo Beach, The Summit House in Summit New Jersey, The Cito Street Market, and most recently the five Rudy’s Mexican Restaurant concepts & Paloma in Goleta and The Garden at The Public Market in Santa Barbara.

His company manages many hospitality retail products, providing assistance in hospitality distribution. These brands include Waiakea Hawaiian Volcanic Water, voted the best water in the 2015 National Restaurant Association’s food show, as well as Restaurant Foods, Franny Annie’s Pie Company, and the Cito Market-Ariane Resnick Bone Broth Cups.

Jeremiah has written & created 10 e-books on the industry, as well as a book for newbie restaurateurs on How to Open a Restaurant in 90 Days, to be released in 2016.

He is a public speaker at hospitality food shows, such as SGC in Springfield Missouri, and offers 5 popular topics on the hospitality industry, such as “Ten Restaurant Traps & How To Avoid Them.”

He works as an exclusive partner with hospitality companies such as WILCO Group, Premiere Management Company and The Conlin Company.
